Physical Products: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please include your order number in your request to denise.garza.vvls@gmail.com
Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all digital sales are final. For traveling/planning services, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your session for a full refund.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment."
Donations & Events
"We are profoundly grateful for your donation to VIVIDLIFESTYLES-VVLS.
Donation Refunds: While donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that errors can occur. If you have made an error in your donation amount or have changed your mind about your contribution, please contact us at denise.garza.vvls@gmail.com within 30 days of the donation date. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
Event/Workshop Registrations: If you need to cancel your registration for a VIVIDLIFESTYLES-VVLS event, we offer a full refund (minus a $25 admin fee) if requested 60 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another person.
Recurring Donations: You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by logging into your donor portal or emailing us at denise.garza.vvls@gmail.com. Please allow 5-7 business days for cancellation processing."
